Accessibility Statement

Effective May 28, 2026 · PeNotary LLC

Our commitment

PeNotary aims to make penotary.com usable for people with diverse abilities. We design toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practical, including keyboard navigation, sufficient color contrast, semantic headings, and descriptive link text.

Measures we take

  • Automated accessibility checks (jest-axe) in our test suite
  • Skip links and landmark regions on primary layouts
  • Form labels and error messaging on booking flows
  • Responsive layouts for mobile and desktop viewports

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds (Sanity Studio, analytics) may not meet our target standard. PDFs or scanned documents clients provide at appointments are outside our website scope. We continue improving pages as we ship new content.

In-person appointments

Mobile notary visits can accommodate many accessibility needs when you describe them at booking — ground-floor access, large-print journals, extra time for review, or quiet environments. We cannot provide legal interpretation of document content.
