Published fees cover the $2.00 per notarial act statutory fee and mileage-based travel/convenience fees from our Alpharetta base (starting at $25 for 0–5 miles). Hospital and facility premiums, after-hours coverage, and same-day urgent requests are quoted before your appointment.
Base notary & travel philosophy
Standard window (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM daily daily) combines a transparent statutory fee of $2.00 per notarial act plus a mileage-based travel/convenience fee from Alpharetta (30022). After-hours, weekend, holiday, and same-day urgent appointments carry a flat surcharge quoted before your appointment.
One-way miles from Alpharetta (30022), plus drive time, traffic, and parking. Final travel/convenience fee is confirmed in writing before your appointment.
Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day follow the same quoted-surcharge rule, we confirm fees before accepting holiday bookings.
Statutory notarial act fee
Georgia caps the notarial act fee at $2.00 per notarial act under O.C.G.A. § 45-17-11. Each acknowledgment, jurat, or other notarial certificate on your stack counts as a separate act. Travel and convenience fees are always quoted separately.

Hospital & secured-facility visits
Bedside and facility visits are not one flat price. Your quote typically stacks:
- Mileage-based travel (table above)
- $2.00 × number of notarial acts
- Facility premium ($100 – $300 per visit, depending on visit type, confirmed at booking) for hospital, jail, hospice, or secured sites
- Optional weekend, same-day, after-hours, or wait-time lines when applicable
Parking and tolls pass through at cost when applicable. The combined total is confirmed in writing before your appointment.
