Mobile Notary for Immigration & Travel Documents

PeNotary notarizes immigration and travel documents — consent-to-travel letters, affidavits of support, and sworn statements requiring Georgia acknowledgments or jurats. If an interpreter is needed, we can coordinate one for your appointment. We work in person only, stay within Georgia notary law, and coordinate calmly around embassy and consulate timelines.

When timing matters most

Consulate appointments with tight windows

Families need same-week signatures before visa interviews — we schedule around your deadline.

School districts requesting notarized custody affidavits

Cross-border relocations often demand fresh paperwork — we batch duplicates when districts ask.

Employer-sponsored relocation packets

HR teams often need multiple documents notarized and apostilled on a tight timeline — we coordinate with your attorney to keep everything on schedule.

Guardians coordinating elderly parents abroad

Medical or financial affidavits requiring compassionate pacing — evenings available.

How it works

  1. Send us your documents

Email or text photos of your documents before the appointment so we can prepare the right notarization for each one.

  2. Bring valid ID

Every signer needs a passport or government-issued photo ID. Let us know in advance if any signer won't have ID available.

  3. We notarize your documents

We apply Georgia notary seals and certificates in English. If a document's format needs adjustments to attach the certificate, we'll work it out on-site.

  4. Documents returned or sent for apostille

You keep your signed originals. If apostille is needed, we can coordinate courier pickup. Scanned copies can be sent to your attorney or family overseas.

Pricing snapshot

Immigration appointments are priced the same as our other services — $2 per notarized signature (set by Georgia law) plus a travel fee based on your location. Rush and after-hours appointments may include an additional fee, quoted before booking.

Immigration notary FAQs

Do you notarize consent letters for minors traveling internationally?

Yes — when parents or guardians execute consent-to-travel affidavits prepared by your attorney or reputable templates, we apply acknowledgments or jurats exactly as the document requires.

Can you notarize Form I-864 affidavit of support?

We can notarize signature blocks that Georgia law and USCIS instructions allow to pass through a commissioned notary — bring current USCIS wording so we confirm the correct act without offering immigration legal advice.

Will you notarize documents written in another language?

If signers understand the content and the notarial certificate is in English or accompanied by a translator statement your attorney approves, yes. We do not translate documents.

What IDs work for foreign nationals?

Passports and certain consular IDs commonly satisfy identity proof — confirm acceptable ID types with us when you book if your signer lacks a standard Georgia driver license.

Do you offer remote online notarization for immigration packets?

No — PeNotary does not offer RON. Every immigration-adjacent act we perform is in-person within Georgia per current operational scope and brand rules.

How fast can you meet for embassy deadlines?

Share flight dates and consulate letters — we prioritize appointments inside our published radius and schedule around your deadline when timelines are tight.
